The shareholder identified a need to diversify the company’s portfolio and commenced to acquire companies in the engineering and farming industries. Light of Life was then repositioned as a holding company that focused on services, with Nuclad and Dynamic farming & Business Enterprise as subsidiaries in the group that focuses on engineering and farming industries.
